ShipCaddie Support Technician

Located in Lehi, UT — working in office

Part Time

Pay $15.00 – $18.00 an hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• First line of customer support (calls, emails, and chat)
• Trouble shooting and resolution with clients
• Help desk ticket maintenance with proper bug documentation
• Assist with software demo with future clients
• Improve demo process
• Assist with analysis and troubleshooting of issues
• Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring account settings are correct
• Improving the onboarding process
• Resolving more complex issues with clients faster
• Develop online tutorials and knowledgebase content
• Develop better fraud prevention process to allow users to ship without contact with support

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service (bonus for SAAS products)
• Proven communication and client management skills
• Must be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Must be flexible to manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
• Proficient with Microsoft products
